We promise that placing an order online with us is both safe and secure. Credit or Paypal, your information is never compromised. At no point do we ever share customer information to third parties. We insure that our online store is 100% secure. At checkout you will be asked if you would like to be added to our email list for future promotions, and upon default you will not be included in that list unless you check the box.

Since we are an online only retail shop we hope that you feel comfortable placing your order with us as phone orders, personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Fabric Robot guarantees satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Follow the steps below if a return or exchange is a must!

Please contact us before sending the package back so we can assess the situation. Shipping will be charged on any exchange, and if a mistake was made on our end we will refund shipping.

Only packages that return in their original state will be accepted. Soiled, altered, damaged, washed and/or dried fabrics will not be refunded or exchanged.
